Seven habits of highly effective teens: I think that I made
in my first post about this post was spot on. I don’t read many books but the
ones that I doo read I should like that’s why I don’t like to read the book that
the school issues. Or if you have to read
one of the books that they give you, you should have the choice. Because I don’t
want to read about some guy that burns books because I don’t care about that
kind of stuff. I would rather read about politics than that and I hate politics.
We should also not have to blog. Back to the 7 habits, I think this is a great
book because he is a real person. I say that because I don’t think he wrote
this book because he wanted the money. Even though he made millions, I don’t think
that it went to his head. I think that he would be the type of person that
publishes the book and donates all the money to charity. And is the author is a
good person than the book would probably be good. Take a look at Mein Kamp,
written by Hitler while incarcerated, the book was terrible and sole some 5000 copies.
Christian Dossenback,
thanks for reading

The 7 habits of highly effective teens: I was reading last
night and I came across page 108. It was a speech about martin Luther J.r. and
he was talking not about “his dream” but his childhood which for most could
very well be a nightmare not a dream. He said he was picked on all his life and
even contemplated suicide but he kept going. Now he is one of the most recognizable
names in the great United States history. He just as great as George Washington
in my book because I know there is no way that I could do that. He started
something, Sean did I thought to myself that I live in the 21st
century and have busses and cars and luxury’s that he never had growing up, furthermore
I am not picked on by people and I have never thought about killing myself and
yet he still made such a difference that he altered the course of America and possibly
the world.

The 7 habits of highly effective teens: Sean covey is a
great author because he puts his real life accounts into the book and makes
sure he is personable. He talks like he is you and you are him and is much like
a mentor to many kids. I think that if you are a kid who likes reading things
that aren’t corny than you should pick up this book. He talks about his
childhood and how much his father was a part of it and a driving factor for him
to write this book. He explains it in the introduction. I have read 30-40 pages
by now and I don’t intend to stop because I like to sit down on Sundays and
just read a couple pages so it is fresh on my Mind so I can write about it on Monday.
Christian dossenback, thanks for reading
Fahrenheit 451 is the book that we are reading now. I am
talking about montag the main character he is a sort of rebel because he likes
to take the books that he is supposed to be burning because he’s a fireman and
oh yeah in this book firemen burn the books not put them out. Some of the
firemen take one or two books but he took several. He enjoys reading them even
though it is highly illegal. He reminds me of myself because I try not to do
what other people do I wear different clothes I wear different shoes and I talk
different because life gets boring when all you want to be is someone else. I
picture montag as a tall dark haired medium sized man. Strong arms and a thick
back. He has a small grin not giving too much happiness but also not giving any
at all. A rough man.

everybody can relate to . mu]y personality as a writer is blunt and strait

2nd blog post; the title of the book is The 7 Habits of a Highly Effective TEENS. My Aunt gave it to me as a Christmas gift 2 or 3 years back and I never took a look inside till' a few weeks ago I was bored of watching TV and going on the computer and my connection was down so my Xbox and laptop wouldn’t work so I looked over and this was sitting there I picked it up and began reading. Page one, Habit one be productive, Habit 2 Begin with the end in mind, Habit 3 Put first things first, Think Win-Win, Seek first to understand , than to be understood, Synergize, Sharpen the saw. The seven steps to being a highly productive teen think that was funny. I’ve only read 17 or 18 pages but I can tell that this is going to be a good book for me. I don’t read the bible as much as I would like but I do think this book resembles it in a way it tells you to be kind and to listen to other people first ask questions later. Which everyone could use in one way or another. I look forward to reading more of this to maybe help me out a little.
